Welcome We are Chris Eastham and Rhian I’Anson-Hughes. Our aim is to take Columbia Motors away from the ‘Back Street Garage’ stereotype. We are a local, family run garage that believes in quality service using quality parts. We carry out services, MOTs, and all kind of repairs on all makes and models.

We will provide quotes upon request and are always up front and honest about any work that is to be carried out on your vehicle.

Established over 30 years ago, Columbia Motors has always been a much loved garage in the heart of Rishton, Lancashire. Run by owners, Chris and Rhian Eastham, Columbia Motors offers a friendly smile and welcoming service.

Chris, also the chief mechanic, is exceptionally proud to offer an open and honest service wanting to move away from the stigma that is often attached to the 'backstreet garage'. As a customer of Columbia Motors, we want you to understand the reasons behind any work that may be needed, as well as tips on how to help maintain your car yourself.

Customer satisfaction is our most important aim. We run our business in a very small community and repeat business is vital to our success.

We are members of the Good Garage Scheme who offer customer satisfacion services.

For those who own cars with warranties, we use only Original Equipment in accordance with Block Exemption regulations for both services and repairs. This ensures warranty requirements are adhered to and warranties are not left invalid.

We are accredited by the DVSA (Formally VOSA) to conduct Class 4 MOT tests on cars and light commercial vehicles.
